Ingredients
- 300g of trimmed green bean
- 2 sliced garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Cook the green beans in boiling water for 2-3 mins until just tender, then drain well and steam-dry for a minute or so.
- Meanwhile, gently fry the garlic in the oil until pale golden – no further. Toss with the beans, season and serve as a side or a snack – it’s up to you!
