Air fryer gnocchi with pesto dip

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180C.

  2. Toss the gnocchi with the oil in a bowl and season well with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook in the air fryer for 20 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise and pesto together in a small bowl.

  5. Serve alongside the gnocchi with some cocktail sticks to skewer the gnocchi for dipping.
