How To Make Pigs In Blankets!

A Christmas and roast classic. Pigs in blankets. 

They’re quick and easy to make, and you can’t have a christmas without them! (In my opinion).

Whether you want to make them all by yourself, or just be more helpful in the kitchen this christmas, this recipe is for you.

Ingredients

  • 8 rashers smoked streaky bacon
  • 16 chipolatas

Method

  • Heat oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5. Cut the bacon rashers in half. Wrap a piece of bacon around each of the chipolatas.
  • Place on a baking tray and cook for 30-35 mins until golden.

Dont forget to check that they’re piping hot before serving, to avoid giving people undercooked meat!
