They say a game of soccer is a game of two halves and a game of basketball is a game of four quarters, well this one wasn’t, this was a game of 4 minutes.
Bucks looked like they had control of this game 3 minutes into the 1st.
Throughout the 1st the Heat looked like they were catching back up but each time consistently missed threes, hand the ball back to the Bucks. The heat got into a better rhythm with 5 minutes left of the 1st and took the lead in with 3 minutes left, however, Bucks pulled it back to a 1 point lead to end the first.
Bucks looked more like themselves playing with a pre-boycott rhythm that we’ve seen all season in the 2nd both offensively and defensively. The Bucks gained a 7 point lead by the end of the half.
The 3rd was much of the same with the Bucks gaining an addition 5 points ahead of the Heat.
Within 6 minutes of the 4th cracks started to show in the Bucks offence and defence. The heat took full advantage and ploughed through the Bucks.
Excellent performance from Jimmy Butler in particular for the Heat in this one, we have seen Jae Crowder shoot better from behind the three-point line but a strong performance nonetheless. A great game for Bam Adebayo.
A disappointing game for Giannis Antetokounmpo and Wesley Matthews for the Bucks.
