Your immune system is, as it says online, “a complex network of cells and proteins that defends the body against infection”, meaning this tries to stop any infections from effecting the body and destroys the infection. Some people will have great immune systems and some will have awful ones. If your immune system is bad, the chances of getting ill is extremely high and the body won’t be able to save you as good as it could, if it’s good, it’ll be harder for your body to get ill and will continue to be healthy throughout. There are ways of getting this up. Here is 3 ways without food or water:
- Get enough sleep – This is well needed sleeping is important to everyone’s success. 1 – 12 month old needs 14-15 hours sleep, 1 – 3 year old needs 12 – 14 hours, 3 – 6 year old needs 10-12 hours, 7 – 12 year old needs 10 – 11 hours, 12 – 18 year old needs 8-9 hours, 18 – 65 year old needs 7-9 hours and 65+ year old needs 7-8 hours.
- Manage your stress levels – stressing is never the answer when coming to anything, breathing in and out the mouth can stop this but overall stress is hard to escape when younger due to exams and other things.
- Take in the sun – Fresh air and sun is always great for everyone, taking dogs out, lying in the sun
