Top 5 Causes of Eczema!

Eczema can be a strange site to see, if someone hasn’t had or seen Eczema in their life, this will come as a shock, however 9 times out of 10, this will run in the family at some stages. 5. Stress causes Eczema!

This is one of the main causes of Eczema and this can be avoidable by doing a couple of breathing exercises and maybe some exercises in general can stop this, however this can be seen as one of the major causes of Eczema.

4. Sugary Food and Drinks/ Carbonated Water Drinks!

Drinks that have sugar and carbonated waters can cause this to flair up, as well as some sugary foods. This is hard to avoid as most food and drinks will have sugar in it, however this could be a reason to why you may have Eczema.

3. Some Chemicals can causes Eczema!

Next, Some chemicals can cause Eczema to get worse over time, for example the chemicals in washing up liquids. Furthermore. For some people this will cause an itch like pain wherever the Eczema is and cause this to flair up more and cause issues with it. It is recommended to use gloves if you suffer with Eczema.

Some allergies are known for giving people Eczema. Such as an cat allergy and pollen. This can be hard to avoid if the allergy is pollen or cat allergy if there is a cat in the house. There is some way to relief this however and by consulting your doctors, they can help with this.

Finally, the number one cause of Eczema is dry air. In addition, this can also be the reason a lot of people around the world only experience Eczema during certain times of years, such as winter or summer.  Dry air will cause dry skin, which ultimately will cause Eczema. In addition to this, if someone doesn’t dry themselves properly and or doesn’t dry at all before going out, this could result in Eczema!
