A lot of us struggle to have a goods night sleep and or wake up extremely tired, whether your in training and or wanting to train to get better at a particular sport or you just want to become bigger, sleeping is a massive factor to everyday life. There is some stuff that can help and others that will improve it.
Sleeping 7-9 hours a day helps with muscle growth and more. Becoming the ultimate body builder for example takes a lot of sleep as resting is very important.
Eating fatty foods and an unhealthy diet can cause the human body to constantly feel tired and warn out. As there is not much good food processing through your body. Meaning no matter how much sleep you may get, your body will be tired due to the eating.
Eating healthy on the other hand, can make a lot of things better, this can improve sleeping, improve your health and improve your lifestyle. The normal human needs 7-9 hours sleep a day to be able to function. Having a newborn would make this hard, however having the right routine will make this easier.
Having a sleeping schedule can also make this better, having set times when you go to sleep and wake up makes your body prepared for the day, rather than going to bed at midnight and waking up at 5am.
