Thunder falls to Spurs 112-77 in Game 2 Thunder News
Oklahoma City Thunder was dealt a blow this week when forward Serge Ibaka underwent an MRI today. He injured his left leg against the Los Angeles Clippers and is now expected to miss the remainder of the 2014 postseason. This is a big blow as he had been a key member.
Oklahoma beat the LA Clippers 4-2 to advance to the Western Conference semi-finals. They had to stage a bit of a comeback as the Clippers had a double-digit lead at one stage, however, they battled back to win it 104-98 helped in no small part by Kevin Durant who scored 39 points. Stats Here
Oklahoma completed their comeback with a relatively comfortable win in game seven of the series in front of 18,203 fans. The Grizzlies were missing their top scorer, Zach Randolph who was suspended for punching Steven Adams in Game 6. This was sweet revenge for the Thunder who lost to Memphis last year in the playoffs.
