- Always prep for success – theirs no point starting to get into shape without having a goal to go for, so make yourself a goal so its more rewarding when you get to it.
- When you get a rest day, Value it – Remember to always take advantage of rest days when you get the chance to!
- Never underestimate yourself – People always think i cant do it or ill give up… NEVER do this! Always think you can do it. that means you can achieve anything if you set your mind to it!
- Its always better to record everything you did – this will make going to the gym easier for some people because they can see if they can add more weights or try and add more reps.
- If needed, Mix up your food plan – its never nice having to eat the same thing everyday. always make sure to mix things up when eating.
