Michael B Jordan’s Workout and Diet Plan!

Michael B Jordan is one of the actors that spent over a year getting ready for his role! A lot of actors nowadays have to go on a diet and train hard to get the body suited for the role, that was the case for Michael B Jordan! He had to get ready for his role in Creed. Creed is a film that takes place after the Rocky films, takes you through the life of Apollos Creeds son Adonis! Michael also had to go through a lot of boxing training to get to where he is now. Hours spent at the gym and boxing gym trying to get the role bang on so he is guaranteed the role! This diet and workout routine is said to work on everyone if there committed to it! This is a 3 day routine or an everyday routine if your willing to do it everyday, but space out what your doing! Michael has said, “see a result in a year”.

Reports say that Micheal B Jordan would always start each exercise with a mile run, so he can work on cardio more than anything else, since boxing is all about cardio!

Michael B Jordan goes all out when he’s working out! He’ll workout most days to keep his body the same as it is now! He may do some boxing each day. When training for Creed, he trained everyday for 4 – 5 months before changing to 3 days a week!

Michael B Jordan would workout and do boxing straight after this for more than 2 hours! He was dedicated to this role and really wanted to prove to everyone he was the right man for the job!

He does all this but, thats not the main reason why he’s getting his muscles… its also what he eats! 80% of body form is from what you eat! So to gain weight and muscle you must eat and drink a lot of stuff to gain that weight and muscle! Michael B Jordan has told us what he eats everyday! He mainly eats a lot of protein to gain everything he needs for his role!

Eating Plan!

Meal 1 6 Egg whites 50g oats/rice 2 Whole Eggs
Meal 2 Protein Shake 30g oats/rice
Meal 3 12 oz. Chicken/Fish 50g oats/rice 1 cup veggies
Meal 4 12 oz. Chicken/Fish 1 sweet potato 1 cup veggies
Meal 5 Protein Shake 30g oats/rice
Meal 6 12 oz. Chicken/Fish 1 sweet potato 1 cup veggies Nuts, Olive Oil

This is a very sticked diet for some, but this is the process you must go through to get what you want! There are other ways of gaining weight but this was Michael B Jordan’s way of preparing for his role!
