2018 Texas Bowl Big 12 v SEC
The 2018 Texas Bowl pits two 6-6 Power Five teams against each other. Baylor is recovering from their recent scandals and probably overachieved reaching 6-6 thanks to three early wins against weak opposition. Vanderbilt, on the other hand, played a beast of a schedule and one of their losses came against Notre Dame (ranked no 3). Their other losses included to Georgia Florida, Kentucky and Missouri – al of whom are ranked in the top 25.
Overall we expect Vanderbilt to take this one and reinforce the SEC as the no 1 conference this year.
Our prediction is for Vanderbilt to win 31-20
