
Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea were crowned the winners of Love Island 2019, the pair met three weeks ago but still managed to receive 48.82% of the votes. However, in an interview on This Morning that they are taking things slow as they will be a apart by a long distance.
Amber explained: “I don’t think it’s going to be easy, but I think you just put that effort in.
“If you wanna to make it work, you make it work.
“I’m not stuck in one place, he has to be in Ireland for his rugby but I’m not stuck anywhere. It’s an easy commute, just a quick flight.”
When questioned whether they are in love, Amber replied: “I couldn’t possible say. It’s going really well but on Love Island we kept things moving slowly, and we don’t want to rush anything but it is going really well and I do really like him.”
The pair are still not official yet but they are exclusively dating.
Greg commented on their situation on Loose Women and said he could see him and Amber “getting there” (in a relationship) but they have not even known each other for a month.
Yesterday Greg flew home to Ireland and was reunited with family and friends. He shared a picture to his Instagram story the day before leaving of him and Amber. On the picture he captioned it with: “Home tomorrow and leaving this one in London. Might miss her a little bit.”
