Love Island may be over and there are many people who are a little upset that they will not see contestant Maura Higgins on TV everyday. However, yesterday she landed a role on This Morning as their agony aunt.
Viewers of the show phones in to ask Maura’s advice on how to ‘Be More Maura’, the questions were more relationship based. Viewers and Love Island fans were loving Maura as the agony aunt, they took to Twitter to praise her for the advice.

One caller worried her seven-year relationship had gone stale, to which Maura replied, ” I was actually in your situation, I was in a nine-year relationship, and to be honest, you kind of just get stuck in a rut, it becomes a routine, and you’re just with that person, you end up becoming their friend.
“What I’d do is sit him down and maybe say to him, maybe it’d be a good time to go on a break, and see what he says, and it’s going to be scary because you’re thinking ‘Oh God, you know what? What if we go on a break and he doesn’t want me after that?’
“Well, you know what? If he doesn’t, you deserve better, you can’t go on like that.”
Many people now want to see Maura on the TV screens more often and after the good response after the This Morning appearance we are sure it will not be long until she is back on our screens.
