Samsung Galaxy Fold: A Huge Issue!

Samsung have released one of the best flagship phones of our generation, this could be the best phone we have ever seen since the iPhone X or the Samsung Galaxy S10, however there have been a lot of issues surrounding this phone, mainly to do with the fold up screen. One of the best ideas has now changed to one of the worst ideas. A lot of users have been experiencing issues with the inside screen. Some users have reported that the screen doesn’t work for them anymore, or the screen gets worse and worse until eventually going black completely! There have been many users experiencing the same thing. For a £1,799 phone… you would expect them to have better quality and not allow the phone to break as easy as that! There are a few reasons to why this is happening, however.

The first reason is because many users think that the screen protector that is on the phone, tablet sized, should just come off, however this isn’t the case. If anyone takes that screen protector off, the phone will break, and the screen will just turn black and you’ll have to go out and buy a new one. In realty Samsung should have put a message on the phone box or on the temporary screen protector that the inside case shouldn’t be taken off. The reason this shouldn’t be taken off is because it’s a high tech protector that allows the phone to function in the way it does, so if you do end up buying a Samsung Fold… don’t take off the screen protector on the tablet version of the phone, otherwise it won’t work well. This is the main issue that some reviewers and some users are experiencing.

Second reason that the screen maybe off is because the phone is very sensitive, the phone could stop working from one drop since it’s a different type of phone. This may not be the case; however, some reviewers have had some brutal looking Galaxy phones when they unbox them! Be very careful with this since this has come up as one of the biggest issues with this phone as well! Other than this issue the only other issue is where would you be able to get a phone case from? They come with some but you will have to wait for companies to create a phone case for it!

These are the only two reasons that have come up, this has caused the developers of this phone to look back and see why this is causing the phone to break and see if they can find a solution to this, since it is a £1000+ phone. We should be seeing massive improvement for this phone and hopefully not have any of the same issues that other reviewers and users have been having recently. There are so many things that this phone could be used for, they just need to sort out all of the issues that have been happening!
