Kaitlin Olson
Kaitlin Olson is an American actress, producer and comedian. She was born on 18th August 1975 in Portland U.S.A. Olson started her career in Groundlings, which is an improvisational group in Los Angeles.
Kaitlin Olson – Early Career
Her first noticeable role came in 2005 when she was cast to play Deandra “Sweet Dee” Reynolds in “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia“. Before being cast in this role, she appeared in films such as “Jacks”, “Coyote Ugly”, “Fugly” and “Meet the Marks”. Olson also had some minor roles in multiple TV programs such as “The Drew Carey Show”, “Miss Match” and “Significant Others”.
Since starting on “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” Olson has had more prominent roles, primarily within voiceover work. She was cast as the voice Destiny in the film “Finding Dory”, and she voices characters in shows such as, “Family Guy”, “Unsupervised”, “Brickleberry”, “Bob’s Burgers” and “The Simpsons”.
Personal Life
Kaitlin Olson met Rob McElhenney when he cast her as Sweet Dee in “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia”. They became romantically involved in season two of the show. They married in 2008 and had their first child Axel in 2010, then shortly followed their second child Leo in 2012.
