Sassuolo First Team to Return to Training!

Italy have ease some of there lockdown restrictions, however it is still having some restrictions on certain stuff. They have recorded less and less cases each day since they started lockdown a while ago. No football club has thought of returning to the world of football and never mind training in general, since this virus is extremely deadly, however there is one team in Italy that has decides to start training right now to see how it goes and if anything is wrong, they will stop.

Sassuolo are the first Series A team to resume training since the coronavirus outbreak halted the season. A handful of there players appeared and started running up and down the pitch. Top flight clubs are set to return to training after they have been given permission to go out and start individual training sessions. Team training will resume on the 18th May 2020 if all goes well and the coronavirus outbreak doesn’t have a second spike. Italy were one of the first places to start lockdown after the virus reached over 50,000 people infected from this virus.

“I read strange things around but nothing has changed, In terms of the resumption of the championship – for now we don’t talk about it.” said Sports Minister Vincenzo Spadafora
