The Walking dead has given us a lot of surprises over the last few episodes and even the past few seasons! Rick dying, Glen almost dying a few times and then in the same episode dies, Maggie isn’t there anymore and so on, however with a lot of TV shows and films comes the theories and thoughts about where it’ll head in the future. A lot of fans believed once they killed the saviours and Rick was taken away… that would be it, however there is a lot of directions the walking dead can do! Maggie will most likely return to the cast because as of right now, we believe she is having time for herself. What could happen in the future of the walking dead?
The Zombie community looks like it’s about to start war with The Hilltop, Alexandria and The Kingdom, however if all these communities work together, like they did to defeat Negan, there shouldn’t be a problem… right? Wrong! The zombie community can just act like regular Zombies and no one will have a clue if its them or not! This could be one of a kind battles between the two sides! This could last a full season if they really want to do that. The main reason this might happen is because right now, Henry likes Lydia and doesn’t want her to go back, so he’s rushed her straight back to The Hilltop! So, with this being The Walking Dead, we can assume there will be some form of fighting happening at the end of the season or it’ll carry over to season 10!
Season 10 could be one of two things! First thing, The Hilltop, Alexandria and The Kingdom work together to fight off the Zombie Community, there will be a lot of deaths due to Zombies overrunning the communities and there could be some places that will be gone after the season is over and done with. We could be seeing the end of one of the Community’s if, they go down this root, which it is possible. Option two, they could have a fight in the season finale of season 9 and at the start of season 10 could be the ending of the fight, however this fight may end with the zombie community joining forces with The Hilltop or one of the others, meaning they killed the mother of Lydia and gain control of her people! This could leave everyone at a truth and everyone working together to provide everyone with things they need.
If we say the second option does happen, that means there is ether more fights about to happen with new people and a new community no one knows about! This could leave us with another fight starting up in the new season. One just like the Saviours, but it’ll be slightly different. The Saviours had one up on Rick and everyone else because they went to a community that was already serving or about to be serving him and he had all the men that could take down anyone that steps in his way! As now, we have three communities that can stop anyone. So, what could happen?
