Barcelona hasn’t been the same since losing one of their most valuable players, meaning losing Messi, Neymar, and Suarez. Since they left the club, they have gone downhill fast and now playing in the Europa League instead of the Champions League like they normally do.
Recently there has been a lot of transfer news around Barcelona, especially with the defense as their defense could be slightly better. The top Premier Clubs are their victims. Chelsea is the main club they are trying to do business with as they are the club that has some great defensive talents.

The main targets are Antonio Rudiger, he has been the best player for Chelsea since signing for the club and almost becoming one of the best defenders in the world, there is a chance he could become one of the best under Xavi! Cesar Azpilicueta, one of the oldest Chelsea members at the moment and has been a great defender at that, and Andreas Christensen, this man can be improved and can become a great defender.
Xavi could have his work cut out for him and could remake the Barcelona team if he manages to get these three players, however with the sanction on Chelsea… it is hard to believe these will go through, however, this may not last very long and Xavi may in fact get his players.
