The Great British Bake Off (GBBO) returned to our screens last night and is giving us some baking envy plus some memes.
Each week the contestants will face a signature bake and a technical challenge before being asked to create a showstopper bake which is in the theme.
In the first episode of the series which aired yesterday, the 13 contestants were asked to make a well decorated fruit cake, some angel slices and a cake that showed their childhood. Sadly we also said goodbye to one of the contestants, Dan.
As you can imagine it was not long before many GBBO memes hit Twitter and here are our best picks!
