Summons War has a variety of runes and too can acquire these runes from different part of story mode and dungeons. Some runes are only in certain Areas however. So in dragons you have six runes which you could acquire.
Violent:
This rune needs to be a set of four and with these runes equip to monster it gives them a 22% chance of receiving an extra turn during any battle this can help out a lot and allow you to win more battles to get more damage in or help a monster with skill cool down time.
Focus:
Focus runes need to be in a set of two and this can add 20% accuracy to your monster from the set. This is a good rune to have on if your monster needs good accuracy to hit hard. This also help by not having to have a pure accuracy rune equip to your monsters.
Guard:
Guard runes need to be in a set of two and they apply an extra 15% of defence. This rune is mostly used for tank type monster or monster who do damage based off high defence.
Endure:
This rune requires to be in a set of two swell and this adds 20% of resistance this rune is most commonly used for monster like Rina, the water priest this is because it practically make her unkillable.
Shield:
This is also a rune set needing two but this adds shields for three turns to your whole team this can be very beneficial to avoid as much damage to your team this rune is more arena based.
Revenge:
Revenge runes comes in sets of two, they add a 15% of a counter attack this only works if the monster which has the runes equipped gets attacked.
