Google have gone out and decided to create a new flagship phone that they think will sell more than the Google Pixel 3: Google Pixel 3A! This phone was meant to help Google get some sales, since their current phone, the Pixel 3, is selling as much as the Pixel 2 or even the first one! They are hoping to release this phone on the 15th May 2019 and are hoping this phone improves there sales overall. The price of this phone is looking to be just over £400, extremely cheap compared to the Pixel 3! Google have also decided to take some of the stuff off that they didn’t think was necessary on the Pixel 3 to make room for more important features, for example AR maps have been introduced onto this phone!

Comparing this phone to the Pixel 3… there’s not much difference! Both have the Octa Core Processor, however, Pixel 3A has a 2GHz Processor as the Pixel 3 has a 2.5GHz Processor, 12.2 Mega Pixel camera and have 4GB of Ram to go with it all, however there are slight changes in the specs like; The Display is 5.6 not 5.5, 0.1 difference, Google Pixel 3A has a 3000mAh battery as the standard Pixel 3 has a 2915mAh battery! If any user wants a headphone jack, the Pixel 3A has one, Pixel 3 doesn’t! Not much has changed when designing this new phone, however Google have changed the price to see if it’ll sell!
Slight difference in quality when comparing it to the iPhone X! The display may not be bigger than the iPhone X, however, the Pixel 3A has more features and a better all-round built quality that allows it to be slightly better than the iPhone X. Pixel 3A allows users to use finger print scanner and Face ID as the iPhone X only allows Face ID. Both phones have Bezelless Displays, other than with a notch on the iPhone and both are very reliable!

Is the Google Pixel 3A worth it? Yes, it is! Google have done well in designing a quality phone that is very affordable and easy to use. Yes, it won’t be the best phone out there like certain Android phones and Apple phones, but it does the job for a reasonable price. Just over £400 you can get yourself a Google Pixel 3A. The phone isn’t out yet, but it will be out in a few days on the 15th May 2019!
