Biography – Victoria Pedretti
Victoria Pedretti, born on 23rd March 1995 in Pennsylvania USA, and grew up in Philadelphia. She attended Pennsbury High School in Fairless Hills where her interest in acting sparked, she later went onto attend Carnegie Mellon School of Drama in Pittsburgh, where she awarded a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting in 2017. Her Mother and Father are both artists and were supportive of her choice to pursue a carer in acting.
Pedretti’s Acting career started with two appearances in the short films ‘Sole’ and ‘Uncovering Eden’, both in 2014. In 2017 Pedretti auditioned for the role of Guinevere Beck on the Netflix thriller series You; however, she was rejected for the role.
Her big breakthrough came in 2018 when she was cast to play Eleanor “Nell” Crain Vance in the Netflix Show ‘The Haunting of Hill House’. She earned Saturn Award and MTV Award nominations in 2019 for her portrayal. In 2019, after her rejection of the role of Guinevere Beck, The creators of the show You were impressed by Pedretti’s performances and cast as Love Quinn in Season 2, and she will continue the role in season 3.
In that same year, she also appeared in Once Upon a time in Holywood where she played the minor role of Lulu. In 2020 Pedritti was called back into the Haunting anthology to play Danielle “Dani” Clayton in The Haunting of Bly Manor and in the same year played the role of Katherine in the biographical-drama film Shirley.
