According to Buckingham Palace, the Queen has tested positive for Covid-19. It is said that she is only experiencing some mild symptoms at the moment and “She will continue to receive medical attention and will follow all the appropriate guidelines,” the Palace said.
It’s believed that she managed to get the virus from the Prince of Wales, her eldest son, as he tested positive on the 10th February, they met on February 8th! So it is believed that they contacted Covid-19 on that day while at the Windsor Castle!

Right now, it’s understood that not only the Queen and the Prince of Wales that apparently got it, its believed that a number of people tested positive for Covid-19 as well.
Since the Queen has tested positive for Covid-19, she has cancelled the virtual engagement as the mild symptoms persists. The UK has been told that she will continue doing light duties.
