Although there are many places this can be done, I suggest waiting until you retrieve the crank from the reservoir. Use it on the drawbridge on the lonely road to access a boat. Follow the water to the next dock and head through the door to the right. There is another brazier puzzle with an added twist, you must light an enemy on fire to light the third brazier by leading the enemy to it before it dies. Now you have the achievement and one of the most valuable treasures from the boathouse!
