Every year, FIFA releases players with incredible stats known as Team of the Years. This is all decided by YouTubers, Footballers and even some fans that get lucky enough to comment on who they think deserved to be in the Team of the Year. Since, Ultimate team has been released, EA have done this, expect only in the past few years fans and YouTubers decided who would be involved in it! This year has a lot more variety than last few years, the last few years were mainly La Liga players with a few Premier League players, however this year, its a mix of Premier League, La Liga and one series A player! Can you guess the Series A player? Signed for £99 million!

Defenders!

David De Gea – The Spanish Goalkeeper has been one of the best in recent years, being the highest rated goalkeeper on the game and even winning the best goalkeeper in the Premier League award last season!
Serigo Ramos – Ramos is one of the best defenders that has ever been a part of Football, he will always be included in this until he retires since he is one of the best!
Marcelo – Marcelo is one of the only left backs in the Morden game that has gotten some brilliant skills, power and can take on anyone with a blink of an eye, he helped Madrid lift the trophy in the champions League last season, he was always going to be included in this.
Virgil Van Dijk – Van Dijk has been incredible for Liverpool this season. Liverpool are currently on their way to win the Premier League and Van Dijk has been there best player. Being the most expensive Defender as well, he did not disappoint!
Varane – French defender. One of the only players to win the Champions League and the World Cup in the same year, well deserved!

Midfielders!

De Bruyne – Won the Premier League last season and securing himself as one of the Belgium midfielders! He truly is one of the best!
Modric – Main reason he was included in this is because he won the Ballon D’or for his amazing performance in both the world cup and La Liga!
Kante – Kante is one of the best French midfielders, he can run for the whole 90 minutes and can be anywhere when needed, won the 2018 world cup alongside Varane. He deserved to be in this team!

Attackers!

Messi – Messi is considered the best of all time. He can run past defenders without them knowing he’s there and score outrageous goals! Last season he scored 51 goals and assisted 26 goals. He may have finished 5th in the Ballon D’or running, but he is still considered the best player in the world!
Ronaldo – £99 million move to Juve, started off the season well, still showing what he has to offer to football, still scores for fun! He is up there with Messi as the best player of all time. Champions League last season, Ronaldo scored 44 goals and since he’s left Madrid, he’s already scored 15 goals!
Mbappe – After the best season at Monaco, Mbappe moved to PSG for £166 million! He is the next big thing to happen to football! The 20-year-old has already shown his class and still has more to offer! Will he become better than Ronaldo and Messi?
