
A Netflix teen drama 13 Reasons Why will return for a fourth but final season. The announcement of the show to end after season four comes after they release the trailer for season three.
A Netflix spokesperson said the fourth season would feature “the core cast’s graduation from High School, which will be a natural conclusion to the show”.
When 13 Reasons Why launched in 2017, it was praised for promoting awareness of such issues as rape, bullying and self-harm.
The show is based on a novel by Jay Asher, the first season told the story of a high school student called Clay who finds out why his friend killed herself through a box of cassette tapes she recorded before her death. The second season focused on another students at the high school and among them one was planning a mass shooting. By taking a look at season 3 it will focus on who killed the character Bryce Walker.
It is unknown when they fourth season will be coming but we know it is currently in the making.
