The league tried to do many things after the first world war, they tried to prevent war by cutting off gun and supplies to opposing counties because America wasn’t in the league.
They tired they’re best to settle argument peacefully within overwatch, while also trying to improve working conditions. They tried to free slaves and stop drug traffic.
However they failed as they had no army to enforce anything and fewer than half the world was in the league.
