The Miniature Pinscher, also known as Min Pin and formally known in Germany as Zwerhpinscher, is a toy breed of dog that is typically from Germany. The dog was supposedly around from the 1600s in Germany and used as a companion and or for ratting. It is formally known that the pinscher, in the early 1800s, had a resemblance to the German roe (reh) deer.
At the beginning of the 20th century, this breed of dog started to become more and more popular in Europe and America, and after a while, it was added to the AKC, American Kennel Club, well before the 20th century it was recognized in the AKC, it is known that it was added in 1925. They increasingly got popular around the 20th century.
