Week 17 settled a few things but also led to an exciting season finale next week with several playoff spots still technically up for grabs.  The week ended on a sad note as Buffalo’s Damar Hamlin suffered a cardiac arrest on the field. Fortunately, he is recovering well. Unsurprisingly the game has been postponed.

Thursday Night Football

Dallas 27 @ Tennessee 13

The great Tennessee collapse continued against Dallas and they have now lost six in a row.  To be fair they are pretty banged up with 22 players on injured reserve! They now go into a winner takes all game against the Jags next week for the AFC South title. Amazing given they were 7-3 at one stage while Jacksonville was 2-6! The Cowboys still had a remote chance at taking the NFC East crown and they played like it. They never looked like losing this one despite a less-than-stellar effort by Dak Prescott who threw a couple of picks.
