With the PM easing restrictions in the UK, its only a matter of time before Care Homes get eased as well, however now they have. New Covid-19 rules have been implemented into care homes, read this post to see what they are!
- No limit to the amount of visitors.
- From now until the foreseeable future, everyone that wants to go visit there loved ones in a care home can now go! No limit on the amount of visitors anymore and there won’t be until Covid-19 gets worse or if another virus comes into play.
- Essential care givers will be able to keep visiting during the outbreak
- Residents will no longer need to test on visit or self isolate after!
- Great news for those who are wanting to visit there loved ones more than once a fortnight or once in a week, now its until they get Covid-19.
- Isolation periods for those in care will be reduced from 14 days to 10 days
