Atletico Madrid have been in top form these past few weeks, even without their best team out, they still find ways to beat their opponents with ease. Their team is filled with some of the best in the world right now and are currently just getting stronger and stronger each time they play a full match! Atletico’s team consisted of some of the youngest players they have, such as Joao Felix, the 19-year-old rising star. As the MLS all-stars team had some of the best players from over a few years, such as Rooney and Ibrahimović.
A sell-out crowd turned up for this contest between these two teams, over 25,000 fans were watching in Florida and Atletico Madrid did not seem to disappoint anyone with a 3-0 win over MLS all stars. Atletico didn’t go easy on them, Joao Felix ended up scoring a long range shot and the MLS all-stars couldn’t believe the keeper didn’t save it. This was the 18th edition of the annual MLS all-stars game, which is all the best players in the MLS play together against an international club side… Atletico Madrid.
All and all, we are looking forward to being seeing what Joao Felix can do when he goes to into league games and comes up against the likes of Sergio Ramos and Pique! He is a rising star, as the price of him says, but could he end up being the best player in the league like Ronaldo was?
