Liverpool is known for signing amazing players from different leagues and making them into a great asset to their own team. For example, in the most recent transfer window before this one, Luiz Diaz was the main man they signed from FC Porto, he is now a great player for Liverpool!
The man goes by the name of Nunez, Darwin Nunez to be exact. Benfica’s fee of 75m Euros was accepted with a chance of this deal being worth over 100m Euros has now been accepted by Liverpool and Darwin could be making his way down to the Premier League!
Nunez was a great player in the most recent league in Portugal, scoring 34 goals in 41 appearances across all competitions for Benfica.
This will now be a joint top transfer record signing as they have bought Darwin Nunez and Van Dijk for the same price of 75m Euros!
