This could mean Arsenal will be in the top 5 this year after all their incredible signings and with this one just around the corner, Arsenal will be the favourite to have a chance at winning the League this year. They have gone all out on attackers without buying a single defender, however now they have decided to buy Luiz for £8 million, which is a bargain for how good he can be.
The 32-year-old will have a medical at Arsenal on Thursday this week and could be moving to their very soon. David Luiz will be replacing Laurent Koscielny after his departure to Bordeaux on Tuesday for £4.6 million! This is a great signing and a huge upgrade to their defends if Luiz ends up having the same form as he once did at Chelsea.

He has had two spells at the club, leaving for PSG and then returning 2 seasons later in 2016.
