Defeat Uriaș in the stronghold
Only missable if you killed him in the village somehow on your first playthrough. I don’t have a good strategy for him other than to avoid, rather than block, his hammer attacks if possible and just keep shooting, preferably heads hots, with your best weapons. It only took one clip of the magnum to kill him on casual.
