Defeat at least three enemies with one attack in the story.
After falling down into the basement after being chased, you’ll see a bunch of cells and hags, eventually you’ll grab a pipe bomb, shortly after turning the corner, you’ll see a hag coming out of the cell in front of you, one from the ground and a third from the left, simply through your pipe bomb into the middle of them to unlock this easily.
