This achievement is a story related achievement that can’t be missed, you may struggle a little during the chase but there are simple ways to get out of it.
I had some trouble with the spinning blade trap. I found that you must wait until Heisenberg stops talking before dropping into the room. Then just stand in the left corner, facing the blades.
