The movie can be slightly confusing as it jumps into different times.

The film shows Sigrid injecting her belly with medication whilst pregnant as she refuses to get any medication from anyone else but herself. Lorenzo is pushed out more of his wife’s pregnancy and is not allowed to see the birth of his son, Henrik. Sigrid diagnoses their son with photophobia and refuses to let him leave a dull room for six months. At this point in the film Lorenzo thinks Sigrid is hiding their real son and that she is showing him a different child.

Sigrid files for a divorce and files a restraining order against him.

In the end of the film Lorenzo was only granted a few hours with Henrik in exchange for his signature to allow Sigrid to take Henrik to her native Scandinavia to meet her family. He leaves Henrik with his friends and goes to his former home with Sigrid where he finds his real child in the basement. One he realises it is too late as Sigrid kills him.

Two year on and Juileta and Renato have custody of Henrik. One day Juileta follows the childhood nanny Gudrum and makes the discovery of a second child. This is where the film ends and people are saying they need answers.

Did Sigrid actually had twins? If not where did Henrik come from?

Hopefully everything becomes clear soon…
