Roman Reigns Retains Title at Clash at the Castle!

Roman Reigns has been the “GOAT”, Greatest of all Time, in the WWE for some time now. Having the title for nearly 1000 days and beaten the likes of John Cena, Brock Lesnar, and many more incredible talents to continue his reign as WWE Universal Champion. There has been some speculation about Roman Reigns losing his titles to wrestlers such as Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, and even Drew McIntyre, however, Drew had his chance at Clash at the Castle and lost due to interference.

Roman Reigns went up against Drew McIntyre at the most recent Pay-Per-View event that took place in the UK. There was a lot of talk about this being the event Roman Reigns loses his championship as he has said he is wanting to pursue something in Hollywood.

The match started with Roman getting battered by Drew McIntyre, it was seemingly a one-man match, however, the tables quickly turned with Reigns in top form yet again, showing the world why he is the best of all time.

The fight went on for a while, however, there was a lot of confusion towards the end of the contest. Both men and the referee were down. Out came Mr. Money in the Bank to cash in his contract, however, he was knocked out cold by the WBC World Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury before being able to cash in his contract. At this moment, it was looking like Roman Reigns was going to lose this contest with Drew hitting his finisher three times during the 10 minutes he had from the referees changing and till Austin Theory came.

Drew was then tackled and speared by Roman Reigns which resulted in Roman winning the contest and retaining his Unified Championship!

Was this the right move for the WWE? Or should this have been the time Roman Reigns should have lost his titles?
