Recently, Roman Reigns came to Smackdown with the Smackdown WWE Championship and the Universal Championship after beating Brock Lesner for the Undisputed Championship of the world at Wrestlemainia 38 and said that the Usos need to unify the Tag Team Championships from both brands.
Currently, the Smackdown Tag Team Champions are RK-Bro, consists of Randy Orton and Riddle, and the Raw Tag Team Champions are the Usos, or better known as The Bloodline. So far, the sources show that this match for the unified Tag Team Championships will take place at WWE Wrestlemainia Backlash. Randy Orton and Riddle came out and announced that this match up will take place then and the unified champions will be formed on Sunday the 8th May 2022!
The matchup will result in a great storyline showing the champions go head to head in some single matches, like we saw with Riddle against Jimmy Uso on Smackdown on the 15th April 2022. Randy Orton will more than likely appear in one of these single contest against Jey Uso.
RK-Bro could beat The Bloodline at the next big event, Wrestlemainia Backlash, and this could make a great storyline that would result in The Bloodline attempting to win the titles with Roman Reigns demanding them to win the championships. Making The Bloodline have control of the unified world heavyweight championships and the unified tag team championships!
