As the war carries on, there is a lot of people think that Russia is aiming to kill and destroy families and any Civilians. There have been multiple times when the Russian Army has attacked hostile areas in an attempt to hit civilians!
Russia has been attacking more civilian-based areas, rather than attacking the military. Putin has been placing strikes on more civilized areas than anywhere else.

It is believed that Ukraine has paused all evacuations due to the threat level being too high. Meaning Russia is targetting the evacuation attempts. Allowing Ukraine to stop all evacuation attempts to save the public from being attacked anymore.
Even with Russia having one of the largest ever militaries in the world, they are struggling to beat Ukraine as they have managed to counter-attack them and prove that any amount of soldiers can be stopped if the plan is correct.
