Adam Thomas and Claudia Patatas of Waltham have been convicted of being members of a neo-Nazi terrorist group.
An extremist right-wing couple have been convicted of being members of a “racist, terrorist group” this week at Birmingham crown court, after a long 7 week trial. Thomas, 22, and his partner Patatas, 38, were on trial after being accused of being members of the “extreme and violent” group National Action, which was banned back in 2016. The court heard that the couple owned many items and clothing articles relating to neo-Nazism, (even a swastika shaped pastry cutter), and posed for pictures with their baby, whose middle name is Adolf by the way, wearing white KKK robes.
Thomas was also convicted on a majority verdict of having a copy of a document that explained and instructed the viewer on how to make a bomb; a video likely used by a terrorist.
