A young girl by the name of Bobbi-Anne McLeod was reported missing after she failed to meet her friends back in 2021 in November and the search for her was underway until the body was found however there were no suspects on the list and no way of knowing who did it at the time.
A man from Plymouth however has pleaded guilty recently to the murder of this 18-year-old girl! The last known spot of Miss McLeod was at the bus stop in Leigham, Plymouth on the 20th of November 2021. Her body was then discovered on the 23rd of November 2021, only 2 days after she was reported missing.
Her body was found in the wooded area on the edge of the city and police stated that there was no known link to the young girl. As her body was found 11km and or 7 miles away from her home and near the beach at Bovisand.

The man who admitted to killing her is called Cody Ackland, a 24-year-old Musician. This was a shock to the police as there were no suspects and no one was able to find out who the killer was until this man said he did it.
Devon and Cornwall Police and Crime Commissioner Alison Hernandez said;
“While there is no justice that can bring Bobbi-Anne back, I’m pleased this case will be concluded swiftly and I truly hope the family will get the answers they need to provide some closure on this terrible incident.”
