A man who was jogging in London is being searched for by police after kicking two baby swans.
One if the swans luckily managed to escape to the water, but the others injuries were too severe – and has since died as a result of these injuries. Reports suggest the cruel culprit kicked the baby swans because he couldn’t be bothered to swerve around them when jogging. But thankfully some actually decent people were in the park that day, and reported the incident to park rangers and identified the injured swan.
#Update Sadly the Cygnet died this afternoon, his injures were too severe. The suspect was seen to kick another cygnet, which thankfully managed to escape to the water. The jogger had a logo on his running top and is balding.

The man is a jogger and is said to be balding and in his 60s, according to witnesses.
The police, who are looking for the man, said in a tweet: “The suspect is a white male, about 60 years old, 5ft 6in, grey hair, wearing black running shorts and vest. We have just spoken to the Swan Sanctuary who have said, ‘Sadly he is still desperately poorly’. Thankfully he is in good hands.
“We are doing all we can but it doesn’t look hopeful. Thank goodness there were some kind people who picked him up and reported the incident to the park rangers.”
