A 15 year old girl in London was slapped in the face and kicked in the chest – in a totally unprovoked attack.
The attack happened on the number 18 bus in London, and the girl was assaulted on the way upstairs, as the man followed her up.
The attack happened last year in December, and police are looking for the man.
After the incident on December 13th, the girl got off the bus a few stops later, to find herself on another bus shortly after; that her attacker was already on. She told the bus driver of the second bus what happened. Pictures of the attacker are below.
Police are appealing for information on the man in the picture.
In a statement after the attack, Police revealed: “The suspect assaulted her again, pushing her over before leaving the vehicle.”
The suspect is described as a black male, 5ft 8” tall, of average build, aged 30-35 years, wearing a black cap, glasses, black jacket with yellow fur on the hood and logos on the left arm.
Another officer who is involved in the investigation also spoke out. Saying: “This was a violent ordeal for a teenage girl who simply boarded a bus to go home.
“She was randomly attacked not once, but twice, by a man she did not know.”
“If you can identify the man in the picture, please do get in touch as we would like to speak to him.”
Again, this was an unprovoked attack, meaning the individual who carried out the attack could easily harm someone again – for no reason. That’s why the police are asking anyone who has any information on the man, to step forward and anonymously tell them.
