How to Track your Progress via Google?

How to Track your Progress via Google?

For a lot of people, tracking gym progress, running progress and much more is important, for others they write it all down and then redo this each and every week, however there is a new way to track everything. This is the way I track progress, when I did start, however I found this to be easier than writing stuff down!

Google Fit!

Google fit allows the user to check there heart rate, check sleep progression, calories gone and much more in one tiny app. Alongside this, the app shows where you did your walks, if you have your phone and or watch connected to you phone via Bluetooth. For example, Wear OS systems, such as fossil, allows the user to track progression and this will all go onto the app. This app is able to track how long someone is working out for, how many calories and what your average heart rate is if the watch is connected.

Wear OS or FitBit is the main watches that can be used for this! Great way to track everything as well as tracking progress.

Weight training!

For this, its best to write down the weights you are able to lift and each day improve upon that and constantly do progressive overload.

Progressive overload is where you increase the weight by a tiny bit each time and this increases muscle mass and more! For more information, keep an eye out for the post coming in the next few days!
