Callum Wilson!

Callum Wilson!

Callum Wilson, a name no one thought would be on England’s radar, has shined for them at Rooney’s farewell match! Wilson is a Bournemouth player that didn’t get a shot to play for England in the world cup, however he has started to show his true colours by scoring the third goal for England in their game against USA. This could have made sure that he gets his shots for England in the future. He would have impressed Garth Southgate with that goal and surely should have earned a sport in England’s team next world cup, unless he doesn’t perform and doesn’t do anything worthwhile, then he won’t be involved in the England squad! Wilson will hopefully get more chances to play for England in the future, like Jamie Vardy did, he had a brilliant season at Leicester city and an impressive first game for England. Could this be the turning point for England? The 26 year old still has a long way to go, to become the a first team member of England but at least he made a great impression by scoring there third goal! With only 6 goals in 12 matches this season, do you think he’ll get another shot? Will he score more goals?
