After a great season for many players, after so long of the fans waiting… it is time to see who is in the Team of the Year. One of the biggest events in FIFA Ultimate Team history. Every year, every player waits for this day. Now here is the Team of the Year!
In my opinion, this is the most controversial Team of the Year the FIFA community has ever seen! A lot of YouTubers have seen this and said they don’t understand how some players managed to get into Team of the Year, however lets go through it and this is my opinion!
- Donnarumma – 96 Rated Team of the Year card!
- In my opinion, yes he won the best goalkeeper award in the world cup, won the world cup and made a big money move to PSG, however I don’t think he deserved this Team of the Year card. Mendy in my opinion deserved it as he has been named best goalkeeper as well and managed to get Chelsea from losing to winning the champions league!
- Joao Cancelo – 94 Rated Team of the Year card!
- One of the best left backs right now, and deserved Team of the Year card after his performance with Manchester City!
- Ruben Dias – 97 Rated Team of the Year card!
- Again, proving his worth at Manchester City and he well played well and was between him and Rüdiger.
- Marquinhos – 95 Rated Team of the Year card!
- Looking back at my Team of the Year prediction, I can see why he managed to get into it as he has been a great defender, however I don’t think he did as well as Rüdiger.
- Hakimi – 93 Rated Team of the Year card!
- Why did Hakimi get a Team of the Year card? He hasn’t done as well as Trent Alexander Arnold and hasn’t been involved in the team as much as Trent!]
- Jorginho – 97 Rated Team of the Year card!
- Same situation as Hakimi, but worse in my opinion, he has been one of the best centre midfielders in the world, however not as good as Kante and De Bruyne! Deserved card? Maybe, however the 97 rated card is a bit much!
- De Bruyne 96 Rated Team of the Year card!
- Well deserved Team of the Year card as he is one of the best players in world football!
- Kante – 96 Rated Team of the Year card!
- Again, well deserved Team of the Year card and should be in the Team of the Year as he was one of Chelsea’s best players!
- Messi – 98 Rated Team of the Year card!
- One of the players some players may think no, however he was a great player last season and won the ballon d’Or over the likes of Ronaldo and Lewandowski!
- Lewandowski 98 Rated Team of the Year card!
- One of the best strikers in world football today! Should of won the Ballon d’Or in 2020 and maybe 2021, however he is known as the best player in the world, alongside Messi!
- Mbappe 97 Rated Team of the Year card!
- In my opinion, Mbappe is one of the best young talents and I did vote for him, but looking back, I believe that Mbappe shouldn’t of received his card as there are other players that deserved it, such as Haaland, Ronaldo and Salah, however the FIFA community picked Mbappe!
