When first starting off the game you need to learn the important of runes as this game is mostly associated around them. They are extremely important and learning the slot is also very key in order to climb and progress.
Slot 1 – slot one is a flat rune that is always flat attack. The sub stats you should be aiming for depending on mon.
So a support monster your sub stats should be speed, hp% and def% but it alright if you don’t have them straight away. Resistance and accuracy is also alright to have on sub stats.
If an attack monster you want to be aiming for speed, att% crit dam% or crit rate % but having hp% def% is also good as it gives your monster more survivability. Like I said before hand resistance and accuracy is also not a bad sub stats to have.
Slot 2
This tune should either be att%, hp% , def% or simply speed. Most people tend to use speed for slot two but for new players who don’t have as good runes the monster are better off with the other three.
The sub stats work the same way for slot two as slot one. But if you have speed or one of the % on slot two then you won’t get that as a sub stat.
For a support mon you really want to have def%, speed or hp%. Then for attack mon you want to have either att% or speed. Never put a rune on that is slot if it’s flat the only flat rune that should be on that slot is speed
Slot 3
This rune is always flat defence no matter what but the sub stats work the exact same as slot one and two. It has the same concept with support and attack mons like slot one.
Slot 4
This slot can work the same as slot two it must be a % rune but this time speed is not allowed on this slot in stead you can have crit damage % or crit rate%.
The sub stats still apply for the the same type of monster like said previously. Speed is one of the most wanted sub stats as you want to be fast and hit hard.
Slot 5
This slot should always be flat hp and you should use the same idea with this slot as slot three.
The same rules apply with both support monsters and attack monsters.
Slot 6
This slot can only have three options and must be % it can be hp%, def% and att%
Then the same rules applies for the sub stats.
