Use Photo Mode.
Can be done as early as when you first get control of Ethan. Simply press start 
, go to Photo Mode and then press B 
to cancel and it’ll unlock. You don’t have to actually take a picture.
you can do it in the cutscene at the beginning as well, just pause and gives the option there.
