PlayStation 5 is about to be released to the world, the new evolution of gaming and possibly the fastest gaming console on the plant, as some may claim, if Xbox doesn’t release their projects soon, however, this has been on the cards for some time now and will be until the release is done. Right now, the release of this console has been postponed for the foreseeable future, due to the current protest that is happening in the US right now. Now, the event has been delayed and will be until the protest stops. Why are people protesting in the US?
The reason why people are protesting in the US right now is due to a police officer killing an innocent black man, no reasons were given to why he killed the man but everyone was outraged by the racist police officer and now has started a riot in the US! Sony knew about this and has now changed the date to the 4th of June. Sony said in a statement “we do not feel that right now is a time for celebration”. Reasonable answer for them and this could possibly be the case again!

Gamers around the world are excited for this games console to be released and can not wait to get there hands on it, however, they are having to wait a few more days for the event to start. “We denounce systemic racism and violence against the black community. We will continue to work towards a future marked by empathy and inclusion and stand with our black creators, players, employees, families, and friends. #BlackLivesMatter” This was tweeted a few hours early by Sony on Twitter!
